A 25% non-refundable deposit, $500 minimum, secures a production slot on any coming soon inflatable within 24 hours of invoice. Custom inflatable orders require a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Stock units must be paid in full immediately. 

Final pre-order payment is due within 48 hours of arrival notification by phone or written communication from BounceWave. Missed payment windows cancel the order and forfeit all deposits paid toward the inflatable purchase.

BounceWave ships pre-ordered inflatables F.O.B. carrier from 14910 Ronnie Dr., Dade City Industrial Park, FL 33523, to operators nationwide. Risk transfers to the buyer at carrier pickup. Warehouse pickup is available during normal pickup hours by appointment.

Pre-order ship dates are estimates, subject to factory load and material availability. Buyers must not advertise rentals or accept event bookings on pre-ordered units until the inflatable is physically received at the buyer's location.
